Overview

We want you to enjoy growing our seeds. Because seeds are natural products and cannot be restocked once opened or shipped, our policy is specific to seed sales.

Returns

We do not accept returns on seed packets once they have been shipped. Seeds are a perishable, living product and cannot be resold.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at erin@wildandwhimsyfarm.ca with your order number and a photo if possible.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for verified issues.

Germination and growing success

Seed germination depends on many factors outside our control, including soil conditions, moisture, temperature, planting depth, and timing. For this reason, we cannot guarantee germination success or offer refunds based on growing results.

However, if you believe there is a genuine seed quality concern, please contact us. We care about the quality of our seeds and want to help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (processed securely via Stripe) within a few business days.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or damaged goods.
